In this time, I've gotten... very little of that old list done. I didn't crack open my Art Desk system to re-apply the thermal paste. I wanted to but I didn't. I spent time on writing and drawing the two-parter about HB that this Newspost is under. I Did try to fix the Netbook but it didn't stick. No loose wires or anything. I reattached anything that seemed like it might cause issues down the line and the mousepad works... Right up until it doesn't.

That tells me that it's:

A) A deeper issue on the board.

OR!!

B) An issue with the mousepad.

Either way, it's something I can't fix right now. As long as I can work around it (And save any/all work on a flash drive), I'll just keep on rolling with what I got.

There is a bit of Good News, though!

While I was having some "Inexplicable Issues" with drawing the comic, I spent some time on that old Netbook writing up "A Thing". That "Thing" being the bones for a manga-inspired story called 'Goblin Mode?! I was Slain in Another World, Now I'm the Only Monster in a Human High School!!'.

It's based off of a silly joke I made under the post for the Goblin pic from this year's Drawlloween series. That being that he's a goblin and the only one in a human High School. The pic and the joke title were very much me channeling the many Isekai with full-on paragraphs for the titles of their books that I've read or heard about over the recent years. Being me, this spiraled out from a simple one-off joke to a document with like six named characters/places/things, a handful of chapter outlines and even some basic page measurements just in case I pick this up again at some point in the future.

You know... like a good totally-not-another-project joke. = P

If you follow me on Patreon, know that I'm going to hold onto this one a little longer so - for the moment - only my Patrons can read what I've got so far. If you want to toss money at me to read it, a dollar gets you that post and a bunch more. Or you could wait 'till I'm ready to release it from its currently pay walled prison.
