I'll probably be eating these words with a healthy helping of crow soon enough but I'm just going to enjoy the lull. -.-

Anyhoo! I Finally got out to a convention this year! = D

My friend and I hit up the Comic Conn (see what they did there?) at the Mohegan Sun Casino on Sunday. After spending far too long trying to find the actual convention center part, we spent a good two hours before the event ended. Met plenty of good folks and got a small haul of books and business cards. -> [LinkTastic!]

The rest of the night was pretty much just us bumming around the casino as we normally do. Only difference was we passed on Bobby's Burgers and hit up 'Hash House A Go Go'. I got what any cartoonist would get at 7pm... Breakfast. = )

I also got some time in on the next Monster Girl pic. It's a fairy. I know, I know... not normally considered "Monster" but I feel she fits the bill what with the doll girl and the snowlady I've drawn before. You can see what I sketched up so far here. -> [Art LinkTastic!]

I'm not going to say the next story bit will start next week. I Want it to... but last week proved what I want and what can happen tend to conflict quite a bit. Instead, I will only say that I'm going to start working on it tomorrow and Hopefully the world won't decide otherwise.
