Now comes the part I have a very love/hate relationship with...

The Writing.

When everything goes right, it's a fantastic thing. Ideas hit the page like I actually know what I'm doing. I can get three or four story bits down in a night with at least one fleshed out and finished before I crash. It's amazing, really. It's the back half of this that kills me...

When everything goes wrong, writing doesn't become a chore. Oh no... it's worse than that. It's like doing taxes while missing half your paperwork. It's like running out of gas and having to buy a tiny gas can so overpriced that you barely have the funds to fill it. Like an old nasty piece of funky cereal landing in the first bite of your breakfast, it can ruin your day for years to come.

What I'm trying to say is it's just not fun. -.-

My hope is that things are more the happy, shiny former and less the wall-punching frustration of the latter. But, before I get too deep in all of that, I'm going to stretch and maybe level my Titan a bit. That or try to work out details for a different story I've had rattling around my head for a few weeks now.
