Almost immediately after I hit send, the issues started. The drive kept kernel panicking, the system itself kept forgetting it had a physical DVD drive installed while it was seeking... it was a mess. So I did what I was trying to avoid and looked online for a newer yet still cheap system. And I got lucky! I got a 2nd Gen Intel i5 system with 4 Gigs of DDR3 and a DVD drive for a little under $70. It literally came today and is currently sitting beside my Art Deck updating.

Seeing as it's an HP built within the last decade, it should be more stable than my old Dell. At least, that's the hope. This one will not be an XP machine as it has a code for Win7 Pro on it & I'm pretty sure it can run Win10 no problem. Better safe than sorry.

As for the strip... all this tech stuff has eaten into the buffer. I've got one left before I'm out of finished strips. I Do have more stuff written that just needs titles so I'm set for a little bit. Although... if you want to, you can always use the "Ask a Vampire" link at the top of the page to ask Biff and the Crew questions. Who knows, yours might make it into the strip. = )

Well, it's back to drawing while this new one updates. Or attempting to draw. You know the deal.
