It was a interesting one to do. I started with an update to the little design I used on the shirt in 'The Creature's Daughter' monster girl pic. I wanted it to have that kind of summer camp/tourist trap screenprinted t-shirt feel to it. After I got the basics done, I tossed in some rays for some background goodness!

Then I ended up spending so much time with it that both the plain and the one with the background hit that Quantum State where they looked both good and terrible at the same time. o.@

To collapse the wave, I asked around for help. A Patron suggested dropping the transparency of the rays down so they stayed more in the background than they were as solid chunks. It worked really well so I ran with it.

Moral of the Newspost: Sometimes it's best to ask others for help and/or ideas instead of just staying stuck. = )

Now to spend some quality time with some paint, a bit of Gunpla and some Tylenol.
