Not gonna' lie, I still do this on the rare occasions I find money in my pocket. = P

My back is, for the moment, feeling much better. It kinda' hit a point this past week where sleeping until conditions improved seemed like the better choice than toughing through it like I had been doing for the past the month or so. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. When I was a kid, I couldn't move without Shooting Pains from my lower back that gave me a new high water mark as to how much pain I can handle before I say "Nope! Done." and remove myself from the scene as carefully as I can without, you know, causing more pain.

What I'm doing this time around (which is hopefully working) is the same stretches I had been doing before I let things get this bad and using some menthol rub when things start to get iffy. That's right! I'm a cane and a pair of highwaters away from full-on Old Man status.

On the Plus Side: I'm able to work again. = )

With that, I'm out! I think I got one more strip in me before I go into the next story bit. That I'm going to spend some quality time with the script book and get some ideas down before I somehow hurt myself once again.
