- The first version of the strip I liked right up until the last two panels. Instead of trying to erase my already darker than normal pencils, I opted to scrap it and start a new one. This gave me the option to fix some size issues of the first two panels when I redrew them and completely redo what I was doing for the last two. I think it works better for the joke on the whole.

Sometimes, it's better to scrap something when you're just not happy with it than keep at it in some strange hope that things will magically fall into place. It also saves a lot more time in the long run... usually.

- I'm sick. No two ways about it. The crazy cold weather triggered the old heaters in the house and all they do is cough out crud. Add to that folks coming through who are also sick with other stuff and yeah... not a great combo. -.-

I'm going to tough this out a bit more than usual and get back to work. The inks will go up around Sunday if I can swing it. I love you folks to death and I'm going to get this done. Don't worry, though... I'm keeping an eye on things so I don't actually keel over mid-story 'cause that Really doesn't help anyone.
