I just added some new Bite merchandise to the Biff shop at CafePress. I have been working on redrawing the older Bite logo, mascot and Biff logo in Illustrator for a bit now. It's both a visual refresh of the old designs as well as a technical one. With the designs done in Illustrator, I can now resize them to my heart's content without worrying about losing quality. Plus, if I play my cards right, I can keep these files for later tasks like books and prints and whatnot. It's a win-win. = D

As for the older color pencil designs, I'll keep those around. They are the basis of the new designs and they just plain look cool. So swing by the Biff shop at CafePress and pick up some hot newness today!

I have been thinking about upping the content level and interactivity recently. You can see this in the recent UStream stuff I have been doing. Thing is, I'm thinking of going that next step - some manner of Biff fanclub.

I'm currently looking into a system called Fanflow that could let me do just that. It'll boost interactivity with you, the reader, while letting you get a little something extra for your patronage. Kurtz and Straub are running this system for premium content right now and it seems promising.

I'll do some more digging into it on the supply side of things so consider this some free pimping of the PVP Fanclub and Starslip Extra. 'Till next week!
