On to other business. Blackest Night - the recent epic offereing from DC Comics actually has me hooked. I'm an old GL fan so I took some interest in Geoff Johns' massive story arc and I'm happy to say it has me spending my ill-gotten gains on DC comics again. It also helps that his art team (Ivan Reis on Pencils, Oclair Albert on Inks and Alex Sinclair on Colors) really brings the story to life... so to speak.

I'm late to the game on actually talking about it, I know but I really dig it. A crazy spectrum war, seven new corps all guided by their own emotion/state of being and a whole crew of dead guys wreaking up the joint. What's not to love? = )

Seriously, swing by your local shop and pick some of the issues up. Being a fan of Batman, I'm also looking to get Blackest Night: Batman as well as the next two Tales of the Corps. Lots of comics, little cash. The sad tale of a comic geek.
