The Joy of Computing

Email Me Prophet on Twitter Prophet on Bluesky -
The fam bought a new computer recently and I get to deal with all those lovely issues that come with new PCs. Being the computer guy I am, all is well... save for the missing "Legacy" printer port.

Why companies do this to folks, I don't know. All I do know is it's going to be a bit before I can get the new comic up. -.-

In the meantime, stop by the shop and get some gear. Get out there this year and go as Biff for Halloween. He's much cooler than your average vampire with less poofy shirts and gaudy jewlery. = P

Much like NY traffic...

I'm making headway on the strip but expect delays. No more than a day or so at the most, so fear not.

I ran into a bit of a roadblock *KoffHalo3KoffKoff* but I'm back on track. More on that after it's up.

Back on Track

Before I get to my regular post, I have a bit of Good News and Bad News. I'll start with the bad as I've found that makes the good news even better.

Bad News: I'm jobless. Well, as jobless as someone who can make things can be. Either way, I'm sans steady paycheck for the time being. It's unfortunate, indeed but it was beyond my control.

Good News: I have more time to work on comics and possibly get ahead of schedule (Like before... only actually doing so). This also leaves time for me to work on shop stuff as, until I get another job, will be one of my only sources of income.

So please stop by the Biff Shop over at CafePress and check it out. I have some new gear there as well as some spooky-type stuff over at the newly upgraded House of Amill Shop.

Now on with the usual post!

That new guy there, that's Fred. So far, he's one of only two characters that wasn't drawn before I started Biff. He kinda' came together as I was drawing this issue. = P

Had a bit of touble on the last panel. Too much erasing and too little sleep joined forces to botch it. It's a bit of an in-joke with my friends but I'm pretty sure we all have had a situation like this. = )

Hope you enjoy!

Almost done!

Inking took longer than expected. Been kinda' scatter-brained for the past bit due to news I'll mention in my next post and the bathroom needing repair.

Indeed, I have a large bedroom with a nifty little comic making set-up. The downside is it sits next to the bathroom and it needed fixing asap this week. The current plumbing job is rather loud (Some demo was needed) and it literally vibrates my whole room. Reciprocating saws will to do that. = P

Needless to say, drawing/inking gets kinda' tough under those conditions. Expect the comic later today or early tomorrow. As for me, I needs me sleep. -.-
